As everyone knows, my kids are eaters. I had to get this shirt for Malaina. It says,"I love snacks."

New Shades

I helped Nina get ready for the yard sale this weekend and I ended up taking a few items. The sunglasses were a huge hit!

Dresses

Aerobed

The girls went to Grandma and Papa's last night while Marty and I went out to dinner and browsed the mall. They had a great time and I am so happy that Skylyn no longer screams the whole time, in fact she didn't scream or cry at all!

At Grandma and Papa's anything goes, like putting an aerobed in the living room and letting the girls jump all over it. I told them this wasn't a good idea since now they will want them to break it out every time. Grandma also made yummy cupcakes for the girls and sent us home with some, which is just what we needed after The Cheesecake Factory!

"Helping" Mommy Make Brownies

Skylyn was home while I was making brownies for Friday night. She kept getting under my feet so I gave her the bowl and let her go to town. There were suppose to be 20 brownies, but I think Skylyn ate about 1 brownie worth of dough so we only had 19. She loved it!

Hokey Pokey Elmo

Elmo has been "broke" for a little while (he needed batteries). I fixed him tonight and Skylyn LOVED him! I love how she wiggles. She carried him around later for the "Uh-Oh" song (Beyonce's Single Ladies).

Cookies

I made this basket of cookies for Teacher Appreciation Week. I think they turned out cute and yummy! Move over Martha, here I come!

Just another Saturday...

While I went to garage sales this morning the girls learned a new trick.

Crib Fun

I put a blanket over Sky's crib and the girls played in her crib for an hour. Who knew a simple blanket would make them so happy.

I love how Sky's leg is over Malaina's face. Malaina thought it was so funny.

Pillow Case Dresses

I saw these dresses online and thought I would take a stab at them. My Mom came over and showed me how to do the binding. The first one is for Malaina. She LOVES fairies.

This one is for Ada. I am thinking her parents are going to make her an NC State fan.

Old Navy Dog

I am pretty sure you are not suppose to sit on the Old Navy dog. These were taken with TT's phone. Skylyn was very protective of the dog and thought she should only be allowed to be near it.

No Camera

Ugh!!! No camera! Skylyn graduated from her gymnastics class today. It was so cute! She walked right up to Mr. Alan and got her ribbon, certificate and Chick-Fil-A coupon. She climbed up the podium and proudly accepted. She is such a big girl! I tried to look at her certificate after the little ceremony, but she wasn't going to let go of it. She did let go of it long enough to sanitize her hands (I know TT is proud of the little germ freak). I told her we would show Daddy so as soon as she got in the house she was yelling, "Daddy!" Marty was at work, but I know she will show him tonight. I signed her up for another 9 weeks. I may need to bring someone with me so I can get pictures of her next time. I was just so impressed by her. I know she is mine, but I just think she is so cute. She has to be cute to make up for some of her behavior. Thankfully she is starting to turn a corner on her attitude. She still loves to boss TT around, "TT Sippy," "TT Bite," "TT Sit." She was TT's little shadow this weekend. It was great for me, haha!

Malaina and Mushu

Every night I look in on Malaina and every night I think I could take a picture. Last night I couldn't resist. She always looks so peaceful. It is nice to look in on her and have that be the last thing I see before I go to bed. I would look in on Skylyn, but she doesn't have a Jasmine lamp so I wouldn't be able to see her.

Malaina put Mushu in his own little bed last night, put him in his jammies and covered him with a blanket (or a wash cloth). She loves him so much. Thanks TT for bringing him into her life!

Hypothermia

Malaina got lip gloss from Cassidy's party today. I think she went a little out of her lip line. The bad part is that it is still purple this morning. Apparently the lip gloss turned out to be more of a tattoo. Malaina may permanently look like she has hypothermia.
