Here is a preview. I will try to get some more tonight.

Pumpkin Song

Sing to the tune of I'm a Little Tea Pot

I'm a little pumpkin
Orange and round
Here is my stem
Here is the ground
When I get all carved up
Don't you shout
Just open me up
And scoop me out

The Witches are out

Grandma "J" got Skylyn a Sassy Little Witch shirt. Malaina wanted one to say Good Little Witch so I embroidered her one. They look so cute today wearing their Halloween shirts. I wish I could have gotten some better pictures, but they are hard to pin down.

Scented Pencils

Only Madison would have scented pencils. She had me guess the scent of each one. Skylyn wanted in on the action.

If it smells good, then it must taste good.

Working hard.

Sky Baby's Well Baby

Skylyn had her 18-Month Well-Baby check up today. She weighed 22 pounds 3 ounces (20%). She was 31.25 inches (30%) and her head is in the 75%. Sky got lucky today and didn't have to get any shots. I was hoping for some sort of sedative, but nope, not a single shot. Dr. Harriett said she is in tip-top shape and hopefully she will start focusing more on talking and less on being a baby dare-devil. As always, she is super cute!

Burrr

Before preschool this morning. It was definitely a hat morning.

Malaina being Humpty Dumpty on the couch. She may have learned about laying on the back of the couch from Grace.

Malaina told me Barbie was having a yard sale. I was cracking up. I wonder where she learned about yard sales?!

Rainbow Bear

Malaina brought "Rainbow" Bear home from school for the weekend. Thank goodness it wasn't something we had to keep alive! He did a lot of fun activities with us. Tomorrow she will tell her class all about her weekend with Rainbow. She made him a bed in her room (I don't think Lion would appreciate another man in her bed). Here are some other activities he did with us...

Halloween Parade

Hopey invited us to her neighborhood Halloween parade. Malaina had so much fun. She said, "Hopey, thanks for inviting us."

Elijah the Pirate

Checking out all of her candy. They handed out cupcakes later with about two pounds of frosting on each.

Our Little Lady

Grandma took Malaina out for tea today. Malaina, of course, was the perfect little girl. She impressed Grandma when she put her napkin on her lap. I know Malaina loved getting all the attention without S-K-Y. Grandma said Malaina was chattering up a storm.

High Chair

I ran up to throw the high chair cover in the washer and this is what I came down to...

Our Day

Skylyn was so excited to see her buddy Noah. She gave him about 50 hugs and followed him around. She loves seeing kids her own size.

Painting pumpkins is serious business.

Uncle Steve, is this crazy enough for you?

Malaina the Designer

Grandma helped Malaina start this project, but Daddy helped her finish.

Notice the attention to detail in the back. She is an awesome designer!

Skylyn with her Koala

Skylyn is not allowed to have her paci or her koala out of her crib, but she strategically placed them so she could reach them from the outside. She was so excited to bust her best friend free. She looked so cute lugging her koala around.

"Thanks Jinnie for my very best friend."
